The Right Solution Starts with the Product Itself
Packaging selection is influenced by several factors. The product itself, intended use and shelf presentation all help define the technical specifications required for each application.
Paper Axon offers both gravure and flexographic printing capabilities of up to 10 colours, providing different options depending on the type and requirements of each production. At the same time, multi-layer lamination allows us to combine suitable materials for applications that require enhanced protection and durability.
From Material Selection to the Final Format
A custom packaging solution may require a different material structure, printing method, bag format or additional technical processing. Paper Axon offers both solvent-based and solvent-free lamination technologies, cold seal application and laser cutting capabilities.
At the final production stage, precision slitting ensures that the printed material meets the specifications required by the customer’s packaging lines. Our bag-making capabilities also allow for the production of different formats, including three-side and four-side seal bags, Doypack and Wicket bags.
